How do I enroll? Getting started

Use the Catalog from the header to pick a course, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. You’ll get instant access in your account dashboard.

  • Choose a course level: Beginner → Advanced
  • Pay by card or supported local methods
  • Start learning immediately after payment
  • Resume lessons on any device
Do you provide certificates? Certificates

Yes—each course includes a downloadable certificate once you complete all lessons and pass the final quiz (where applicable).

Certificates include your name, course title, completion date, and a unique verification code.

What is the refund policy? Billing

We offer a 14-day refund if you haven’t completed more than 25% of the course content. This keeps the policy fair for learners and instructors.

Tip: If something isn’t working, contact support first—we can often resolve access or device issues instantly without needing a refund.

How long do I have access to a course? Access

Most courses include lifetime access to the content you purchased, including updates. If a course has a limited access window, it will be clearly shown on the course page before checkout.

Can I learn on mobile and desktop? Devices
